Japanese Government To Aid Anime

According to Animaxis the Japanese government plans to give aid to animes in 2004. The Japanese Ministry of Culture has announced they will aid promising projects next year. This aid is part of the Japanese government’s plan to promote anime, its primary goal is to find new and talented artists.
