A new anime title Kemonozume is hitting Japan on the WOWOW network. Kemonozume is from director Masaaki Yuasa, director of Mind Game.

Anime Expo announced during its closing ceremonies that attendence had reached 41,000. The previous record, set last year, was 33,000. It has not been determined if this includes only attendees.

According to Anime On DVD, Viz Media Anime announced at Anime Expo that Bleach will be debuting on Adult Swim in the fall of 2006.

According to Anime News Network’s panel coverage, FUNimation has announced that there will be a FUNimation chanel. The station will broadcast company titles such as Case Closed, Kiddy Grade and new acquisition Negima.
